Thank you for your request!
If you uploaded photos in our form, you’re all set! Hang tight and we will be reaching out either with an estimate or additional questions within the week.
If you think of anything else you need to send us, please send to rwggoatquote@gmail.com with your address in the subject.
Other ways to get an estimate:
Virtual Site Visit (free)
Please wear good shoes and bug spray and be ready to walk the entire perimeter of your yard. We will also need to see the back of the house and front of the house from the road.
We recommend turning off Wifi and using data during our call because as you walk further from your house the Wifi signal tends to get weaker and the video comes through blurry.
In-Person Site Visit ($50)
Your fee goes towards our time and travel and helps provide the most accurate possible estimate.
We do not require customers to be home at the time of the site visit. It may be a good idea if there are nuances you’d like to discuss or the area to clear is not self-explanatory, but we may be able to schedule your site visit sooner if we can drop at our discretion.
Email a Photo/ Video Tour (free)
The more thorough, the better! Please see full instructions below, so we can get you the lowest, most accurate price possible.
Please make sure your email is sent to rwggoatquote@gmail.com and has your property address in the subject line of the email.
🐐 Get Your Free Goat Grazing Estimate
To give you an accurate quote, we just need a few quick photos/videos of your property:
📸 What to Send
1. Full Area View
A photo or video showing the entire area that needs clearing
2. Perimeter Walkthrough (Video preferred)
Walk the boundary so we can understand layout + access
Existing fence or where fencing will go
Include any:
Holes, gaps, or damage
Dense brush along edges (this affects setup)
3. Close-Up of Vegetation
Ground-level shots of predominant weeds/brush so we know what we’re working with
4. Map (if applicable)
If your space has multiple areas, or place where there are and aren’t fencing, mixed fencing types, creeks, retaining walls, or other complexities, it can be helpful to sketch out a diagram to show us where things are.
6. House + Access Points (Residential)
Back of house (for planning goat boundaries)
Front/driveway (for trailer access + setup)
📩 How to Send
Email: rwggoatquote@gmail.com
Subject line: Property address
⚠️ Helpful Notes
Our electric fencing can’t go through dense brush
We may:
Route fencing wider (sometimes onto neighboring property with permission), or
Add a small fee to pre-clear a path

What to Expect After You Submit Photos
Many goat clearing companies charge a large flat setup fee, often around $500. We try to keep costs lighter by only charging for the setup your job actually needs, and to do this and provide an accurate estimate, we need detailed photos and videos.
The more clearly we can see your property, access, fencing needs, terrain, vegetation, and hazards, the more accurate your quote will be.
Your estimate is based on what you provide. Hidden or omitted areas, hazards, access issues, or extra work may change the price or affect whether we can complete the job.
Please include all areas you want cleared, along with gates, fences, driveways, slopes, water access, parking, neighboring properties, pets/livestock, and any hazards.
If we arrive and find undisclosed dangers or major setup needs that prevent us from safely starting, your deposit may be forfeited.
If unexpected setup prevents us from installing the goats that day, a $150 scheduling disruption fee may apply, and we may need to return another day.
To avoid surprises, you may request a $50 in-person site visit before booking. FaceTime/video quotes are also available, but they are only as reliable as what we are shown.
Once you accept your estimate, we’ll send a deposit request to place your job in our queue.
We usually provide a target week, but exact arrival dates depend on the herd assigned, jobs ahead of you, weather, and how long previous jobs take.
Once you are in queue, please be ready when your turn comes up. If you cancel, delay, or are not ready to start when the herd is ready to move your way, a $150 scheduling disruption fee may apply.
We will keep you updated by text. You’ll typically receive your arrival day the day before and a two-hour arrival window the day of.
You do not have to be home unless you want to be, but we cannot guarantee a specific time of day.
The remaining balance is due during the final week of the job.
