BAMBOO

CONTROL

Bamboo taking over? We bring the goats and the loppers.

Running bamboo spreads underground and pops up in lawns, beds and neighbors’ yards. Getting it under control takes persistence, and that’s where our goats and our crew team up.

How we tackle bamboo

  • Goats strip and stomp: they eat the leaves, knock canes over and devour tender new shoots.

  • Our crew cuts by hand: goats don’t clear woody canes, so our landscapers cut and haul them alongside the herd.

  • Repeat visits wear it down: bamboo feeds itself through its leaves. Removing new growth again and again weakens the root system over time.

Set expectations

This is bamboo control, not a one-day fix. Established groves need repeat visits, and full removal may also require digging out the root mass or installing a barrier. We’ll tell you honestly what your stand needs.

What it costs

  • Most residential jobs run $800–1,500 depending on size and density.

  • Maintenance plans: monthly payments and scheduled return visits are the best way to keep bamboo in check.

Make it a membership

Prefer to spread the cost out? Our maintenance memberships turn your clearing into easy monthly payments with scheduled return visits, so regrowth never gets ahead of you. Prefer a one-time clear followed by mulch? We do that too, and we’ll tell you which fits your property.
